We can make your parts in one operation.
This means that we can machine parts in bars up to Ø45 mm with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm.

Turning Center
If you have requirements for turned parts with tolerances of +/- 0.005: we can help you.
Machining turned parts (Ø42mm max) with very tight tolerances is our strong point.
At Microtec, we are proud of the quality of the parts we produce. We appreciate your need for excellent surface finishes, especially on the sealing faces and on the surfaces visible by the customer: we can obtain surface conditions up to ra 0.4. Better surfaces can be obtain by our polyshing machine.
Our machining experience in the medical and aeronautics sectors allows us to manufacture parts in all types of alloys: aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, refractory alloys such as molybdenum to medical plastics.
Cylindrical Grinding Center
If your tolerances are less than 0.01 mm our centers of rectifications will be able to take care of the machining. We can also obtain surface conditions lower than Ra0.05 and machining hard materials> 50 HRC.
Our close collaboration with surface treatment suppliers allows us to offer very precise tolerances on hard surfaces. Machining treated material has difficulties to avoid structural risks related to machining. Our very good knowledge of grinding wheel types, cutting speeds and the know-how of our grinders will avoid these problems.
In the aeronautical field, the presence of surface deterioration is critical. To do this, our relations with our qualified control suppliers make it possible to detect the slightest structural weakening of your parts. We guarantee you an irreproachable quality.
Décolletage Center
Décolleteuses (Improved Turning center) are machine tools similar to lathes, but differ from them in two particularities: their fully automatic mode of operation (including material supply) and the fact that they essentially produce precise mechanical parts of small dimensions up to Ø32 mm, in large and very large series.
